Joshua F. Kahn

Josh joined Brault Graham in 2011. He dedicates a majority of his practice to general civil litigation, and has represented individuals, businesses and municipalities at trial level in both state and federal court. Josh has represented clients in disputes relating to corporate governance, trusts and estates, consumer protection, medical malpractice, contested guardianships, land use, and commercial leases.

Josh was raised in Silver Spring, Maryland and is a graduate of Paint Branch High School. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park where he received cum laude degrees in Philosophy as well as Government and Politics. Josh was also a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.

Josh is a cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where he was an associate editor on the Maryland Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Chief Judge Deborah K. Chasanow of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and was a summer associate at a major Baltimore law firm. After graduation, Mr. Kahn clerked for the Honorable Lawrence F. Rodowsky and Charles E. Moylan, Jr. on the Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

Josh is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, and the American Bar Association.

In his free time, Josh enjoys globetrotting with his Canon SLR. He has backpacked through Europe, Southeast Asia and Southern Africa, and has lived abroad in Cape Town and Rome.
