M. Kathleen Fallon

M. Kathleen Fallon's experience representing hospitals, physicians and health care providers is complemented by her extensive medical education, training, and years of experience as a registered nurse. 

She is well-respected by her clients and opponents and has prepared and defended dozens of medical malpractice cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  Her medical knowledge gives her a running start in handling medical negligence cases, and allows her to stay one step ahead of her opponents throughout the course of a case.
