Joan F. Brault
Joan F. Brault uses her exceptional legal research and advocacy skills primarily in an appellate practice.
She is instrumental in preparation of nearly every appellate brief prepared and filed in Brault Graham’s practice. Ms. Brault also handles complex insurance coverage cases, and has experience in the broad range of civil litigation matters.

M. Kathleen Fallon's experience representing hospitals, physicians and health care providers is complemented by her extensive medical education, training, and years of experience as a registered nurse.
She is well-respected by her clients and opponents and has prepared and defended dozens of medical malpractice cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
